Richard L. Nash
Granger, Indiana 
Rich is President of Enrichment Strategies, based out of Granger, Indiana. Enrichment Strategies is an affiliate of Resource Associates Corporation (RAC), headquartered in Reading, Pennsylvania. RAC is an international personal and organizational development company dedicated to improving the quality of lives and creating a better tomorrow. RAC has several hundred affiliates located throughout the United States, Mexico, Canada, and Guam. Clients range from family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Resource Associates Corporation has successfully implemented their material in a broad spectrum of industries such as – health care, manufacturing, service, retail, hospitality, and government. Enrichment Strategies has embraced these same ideals in its efforts to bring this improvement to the local businesses/people in the surrounding communities.
After receiving his Bachelors and Masters in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, Rich has been involved in various production management and process improvement positions in the manufacturing arena. In addition to positions in established plants, he has been involved in two startups; one focusing on quality systems and one focusing on production systems. His experience at various levels of manufacturing organizations gives him an understanding of the responsibilities and development needs of each level.
Rich has assisted organizations in aligning both their processes and people with their strategic direction. The various developmental and procedural projects have resulted in several million dollars worth savings through waste reduction, uptime improvements, defect reduction, increased sales, and improved customer services to name a few.
Rich has been an adjunct faculty member of Purdue North Central and Indiana Tech where he has facilitated Organizational Behavior. Rich has developed seminars on leadership, customer service, communication and goal setting. Believing in personal/professional growth, he is an active member of the St. Joseph County Chamber of Commerce and the Granger Business Association. Rich is recognized as both an outstanding speaker and instructional expert. It is his vision of creating that better tomorrow that drives him. This vision provides a powerful impact on both individuals and organizations.
